To produce an 11-ply blade, not very heavy, is a great challenge for a blade technician. In the Yasaka blade factory in Sweden the problem has been solved. By using veneers with thicknesses of less than 0.15 mm the new SYNERGY blade is developed. The revolutionary SYNERGY 11-ply gives a very fast, powerful blade, with a weight around 76 grams. The wooden veneers are combined with composite material, with high torsional strengt.
