GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS

The buyer accepts present sales conditions declining own purchasing conditions.

ORDERS

Orders are accepted by writing, internet, telephone or fax but are only binding when accepted by D.M.V. Sports Madison SL by writing confirmation.

GUARANTEE

Defective goods which cause is not the transportation will be guaranteed if customer declares the problem in a written form within 14 natural days after reception of goods. Should any good be defective within this period, D.M.V. Sports Madison SL will replace the product or credit the value of the product within 15 days after receive and checking it. If customer receives any product which is defective due to transportation, he/she has the obligation to declare it immediately in a written form no later than 24 hours after receiving the goods. Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee. The decreased functionality of the articles due to their design construction is also excluded from this guarantee coverage.

RETURNS

Any product can be returned to us within the first 7 natural days after reception date without any given reason but always with original packaging, return note and purchase ticket. Return freight costs are due to the customer. Once the product is returned in proper condition and accepted, the sales contract resolves and D.M.V. Sports Madison SL will refund the purchase price of any unused items. Used or altered goods will not be credited. All freight costs are to be paid by the customer. D.M.V. Sports Madison SL will pay any freight cost due to a wrong delivery caused by ourselves.

LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

Current General Purchase Terms are valid for any purchase in any of our websites (www.sportsmadison.com, www.tenismesa.es, www.todopetanca.es, www.tabletennis-sportsmadison.com). Any purchase order means acceptance of this General Purchase Terms. Purchases with any other terms or conditions are excluded. D.M.V. Sports Madison SL may change this General Purchase Terms in any time.

PRICE AND PAYMENTS TERMS

Prices apply according to the date of the purchase order. All prices in our internet websites are quoted without VAT taxes. The suitable country VAT tax will be added depending on order delivery address and type of buyer. As a general rule VAT will apply to orders from any private person with delivery address within EU countries. Orders to be delivered to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are granted a special VAT tax (0%). Companies and business belonging to the EU will be exempt from VAT tax except those based in Spain. Sales to any other country are VAT free. However, customs authorities in each country might apply duty and custom charges. Prices for deliveries inside and outside Spain exclude shipment, transport, insurance and local duty or customs charges. Quotations and proforma invoices are only valid in writing and during the period stated. If no period stated, it will be 15 natural days. Payment will be in any case before delivery of the order by bank transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal. All prices and payments should be in Euro.

SHIPMENT TERMS

Any order has an additional charge in terms of shipment cost which will be communicated during the order confirmation. This cost varies depending on the order delivery country, order size and weight. Should the product not be found in stock, the order will remain pending until it becomes in stock again. If customer chooses for another product of same price the change will be accepted. The approximate delivery time is showed in the order and in any case should not be take as granted. One order can be delivered partially in different dates. Delivery place is stated in the order confirmation. D.M.V. Sports Madison SL is not liable for delays in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control and will be entitled to a time extension for its performance. Examples include strikes, supplier (transport or production) problems, currency fluctuations, governmental or regulatory action and natural disasters.
